EDUCATIONAL SUCCESS BIRTH - 21
o 1630 children were served with programs that provided mentoring and leadership skills
o 3561 children received guidance for prevention of at risk behavior
o 1074 children were provided with safe, educational after school programs
FINANCIAL STABILITY
o 800 people equipped with essential job training and budgeting skills
o 293 elderly were served with low-cost nutritional meals
o 7,000 people connected to critical health and human services through 2-1-1
Health: Improving people’s health
o 122 people provided with access to health care through the Twin Counties Free Clinic
o 315 people were provided mental health support
o 293 elderly were served with low-cost nutritional meals
o 135 donated their blood so that others may benefit with good health
Emergency Basic Needs
· 6400 people were provided with prevention of homeless dollars, people were supplied with emergency shelter due to man-made disaster, homelessness or domestic violence
