TCAUW CAMPAIGN TOOLBOX

Tri-City Area United Way is taking the lead in organizing and mobilizing the community for the common good.

With our Educational Success Cradle to Career, and our Health & Well-Being initiatives, we realize that the chances for children to succeed in school diminish if they are not healthy. Our Financial Stability initiative will provide an educated workforce to assist residents in earning enough financially to successfully take care of their families.

DID YOU KNOW…

DID YOU KNOW…
A disadvantaged child starts school at least two years behind in pre-reading skills?

DID YOU KNOW…
A child not reading at grade level by 3rd grade is four times more likely to drop out?

DID YOU KNOW…
Statistics show that some local children have tried alcohol by third grade?

Your commitment to participate in TCAUW's mobilization efforts will help redefine the above statistics. By mobilizing local community businesses, schools, government agencies and non-profit partners, we are working to build a stronger community. A stronger community happens when we commit to EDUCATIONAL SUCCESS - CRADLE TO CAREER. This will translate into a skilled, educated workforce for you and your business.
