Tri-City Area United Way's INFO LINK Inclusion Policy
- Non-profit human service providers located in Marinette and Oconto Counties of Wisconsin and Menominee County in Michigan.
- For-profit human service providers locating in Marinette and Oconto Counties of Wisconsin and Menominee County of Michigan, which offer unique, hard-to find or state-regulated human services.
- Other unique operations, which the publisher considers useful in meeting Marinette, Oconto counties Wisconsin and Menominee county Michigan residents' human service needs.
For the purposes of this inclusion policy, "human service providers" is defined as those operations, which offer programs, or services to the public, to meet the following human care needs of individuals and families:

| • Businesses that will help in an emergency of the community |
Tri-City Area United Way's INFO LINK Exclusion policy:
Organizations:
- Organizations that discriminate on race, religion or similar factors
- Misrepresent their services in any way
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Organizations that are not licensed (in areas where license standards exist)
- Services a very narrow population or members only
- Religious participation is a condition of service
Any organization that has been excluded and would like to appeal being excluded is asked to contact the Tri-City Area United Way Executive Director and file a complaint.
